PEPSICO CANADA PRIVACY POLICY

It is our aim through this PEPSICO CANADA PRIVACY POLICY (“Policy”) to explain what information PepsiCo Canada ULC collects about you and why we collect the information. We also want to make sure you understand how we collect and use the information. Our goal is to earn and keep your trust as you visit websites and applications about our products and brands.
This Policy describes how we treat personal information on the websites (“sites”) where this Policy appears, including our brand sites. This Policy does not describe our practices on sites where it is not referenced. What information do we collect?
We collect contact information. For example, we may collect your name, street address and postal code from you when you register on our sites. We may also collect your phone number or email address.
We collect payment information. If you make purchases with us, we (or the payment processor who process credit cards for us) may collect your payment device information (e.g. credit card).
We collect information you submit or post. We collect the information you post in a public space on our site. This includes comments and videos or photos. We also collect the information you provide when you contact us, such as when you submit a question, compliment, complaint or idea. If you contact us through a social media site, we may collect your social media user identifier.
We collect device usage information. We may collect information about the browser you are using, and we may look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us. We may also collect information about your operating system, ISP information and IP address.
We collect information about third parties. From time to time, we may allow you to send an email or message to a friend through one of our sites. If you choose to do this, we will need that person’s name and email address.
How do we collect information?
We collect information directly from you. We collect information from you when you:

- join our loyalty programs, such as Tasty Rewards
- sign up for our email newsletters and other notifications
- participate in promotions such as sweepstakes or contests

We collect information from third parties with your consent. For example, if you choose to register on one of our sites using a third-party social media platform, with your consent we may collect information from the third-party social media platform for the purposes of completing your registration.
How we use the information we collect.
We use information to help us effectively provide you products and services. We use your information to respond to your questions or enable you to participate in our programs, including our promotions. We may use your information to administer your registration on our sites. If you provide contact information for a third party, such as a friends or family member, for the purposes of inviting them to participate, we may use such contact information for the purposes of delivering the invitation. We may also contact you if you have won a prize or promotion.
We use information to improve our products and services. One of our goals is that you have a positive experience with our sites and products, and we may use your information to help us analyze and improve your experience with our sites and products.

How we share the information we collect.
We do not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as set forth below or as required or permitted by law.
We share information with our business partners and third-party vendors who work on our behalf. We may share information with companies who serve as our vendors or third parties who perform services on our behalf. They may help us deliver products or services to you. Our service providers are only provided with the information they need to perform their designated functions and are not authorized to use or disclose personal information for their own marketing or other purposes. We will share information if we think we must in order to comply with the law or to protect our company. We may share information in the event of a sale of all or part of our business. We may transfer any information we have about you as an asset in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition or sale (including transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings) involving all or part of PepsiCo Canada ULC or as part of a corporate reorganization or other change in corporate control.

To stop receiving promotional emails from us, follow the unsubscribe link in any promotional email message you get from us and follow the instructions to unsubscribe. If you opt-out of receiving marketing email messages, you may continue to receive non-marketing email messages from us, such as prizing or other important notifications, where permitted by law.

Access to Information
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, update and correct inaccuracies in your personal information in our custody or control. You may request access, updating and corrections of inaccuracies in your personal information in our custody or control by emailing or writing to us at the contact information set out below. We may request certain personal information for the purpose of verifying the identity of the individual seeking access to his or her personal information records.
We use standard security measures.
We use appropriate and reasonable security measures on our sites. This includes taking steps to address physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect the information in our custody or control. We have record retention processes designed to retain personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes set out herein or as otherwise required to meet legal or business requirements.
