Comixology Digital Comics

• Users must register online at 2077.rockstarenergy.com and enter tab codes by 12/31/20  to unlock Comixology codes
• Comixology codes are unlocked in sequential order upon redemption of tab codes (i.e. first tab code unlocks code for first issue of comic, second tab code unlocks second issue, third tab code unlocks third issue)
• No more than three (3) Comixology codes will be issued to any one registered user 
• Comixology codes must be redeemed at https://redeem.comixology.com/ and available until 6/30/21 
• Users must log-in or create a Comixology account to redeem comic codes 
• Comixology codes only valid for redemption of Cyberpunk 2077 Where’s Johnny digital comic series
• For 7Rewards early access to comics, see 7Rewards app for details. Offer 9/2/20 through 9/30/20

Xbox Digital Gift Card Codes

• Users must register online at 2077.rockstarenergy.com and enter tab codes by 1/31/21 to unlock Xbox Digital Gift Card codes
• No more than sixty (60) $1.00 Xbox Digital Gift Card codes will be issued per registered user and per Microsoft account
• Redeem Xbox Digital Gift Card codes at microsoft.com/redeem by 1/31/21 by creating or logging into your Microsoft account and entering the 25-character code provided. Once redeemed, your gift card balance will be available to spend at Microsoft Store online, on Windows, and on Xbox.  Codes cannot be used if your Microsoft account has an outstanding balance or your payment option is expired or no longer valid.
• Once redeemed at microsoft.com/redeem, Xbox Digital Gift Card code value must be spent within 90 days of redemption (Microsoft.com/cardterms)
• Available on specially marked cans only. 

ROCKSTAR® ENERGY DRINK CYBERPUNK 2077 DIGITAL COMIC EARLY ACCESS Offer (“Offer”) Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Offer is available only to members of the 7Rewards® Program who are legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age (19 in AL/NE) or older at time of participation AND the Offer is available only at participating 7-Eleven® stores, excluding Hawaii. The Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

1. How to become a 7Rewards Program member: Sign up to become a 7Rewards® Program member by (a) requesting and registering for a 7Rewards card (“Card”) at a participating 7-Eleven store (and you must register that Card to your 7Rewards account by following the instructions on the Card), (b) registering online at https://www.7-eleven.com/register, or (c) using your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to download the 7-Eleven App (7-eleven.com/app/) (the “App”) and then joining 7Rewards (7-eleven.com/register).

To become a member of the 7Rewards Program you must accept both the 7-Eleven Privacy Policy (https://www.7-eleven.com/privacy) and Terms & Conditions (7-eleven.com/terms). Additionally, participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Offer.

If participating via your mobile device, you may incur message and/or data charges from your wireless service provider. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Participants are solely responsible for any and all such wireless charges.

2. How to Access Cyberpunk 2077 Where’s Johnny Digital Comic Series: Between September 2, 2020 , 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and September 30, 2020 11:59:59 p.m. CT (“Offer Period”), purchase any 16 ounce ROCKSTAR (any flavor) at a participating 7-Eleven (excludes Hawaii locations) and scan your 7Rewards App or Card member barcode at checkout or enter the phone number associated with your 7Rewards account in the pinpad at checkout (each, a “Qualifying Purchase”) to unlock a unique access code. Next, make up to two additional Qualifying Purchases to earn additional access codes. No more than three (3) codes will be issued to any one registered user. Users must enter access code(s) online at 2077.rockstarenergy.com to receive Comixology.com codes. Users must then log-in or create a Comixology account at https://redeem.comixology.com/. Comixology.com codes must be redeemed by 6/30/21. Comixology.com codes only valid for redemption of Cyberpunk 2077 Where’s Johnny digital comic series.

3. Liability Limitations: No liability or responsibility is assumed by 7-Eleven, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Rockstar, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and Bonus Points suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) resulting from participant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Offer or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Offer. No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor or its agencies for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Offer: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of the App, Website or pinpad, in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or the App; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Offer, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Offer, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of participant’s contact information provided for the Offer. Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical errors in these Terms and Conditions, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the App or Website. Use of App or Website is at user’s own risk. Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's mobile device or computer equipment resulting from participation in the Offer.
